 This beautiful bone Double Koru Twist, incorporates the Pikorua or twist and Koru design, with minimal etching and a flash of paua along the bottom.  The double koru is similar in shape to the hook, though the koru designs appear one on top of the other and the twist or pikorua gives this piece a sense of fluid motion, neverending.

The koru represents the shoots of the fern, symbolising growth, harmony, and new beginnings, whilst the Pikorua symbolises the joining of two paths and the eternal path of two individuals or entities.
